During our recent family getaway at Dargle Forest, nestled amidst stunning natural beauty, we felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The day's excursions of hiking left us longing for comfort, which the rustic cabins provided with essential amenities like gas stoves and a cozy living space. The views from our cabin were simply lovely, offering ample opportunity to enjoy the tranquility and silence, accented by gentle birdsong. Each evening, we gathered outside for family braais, a delightful experience made easy by the quality firewood and ice provided by our attentive hosts, Willie and Mora. Their dedication to ensuring our stay was comfortable did not go unnoticed. The property's layout, with cabins spaced for privacy, allowed us to fully relax and bond as a family. We also appreciated the communal lounge and bar area, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. In summary, Dargle Forest is a wonderful choice for families seeking a combination of comfort and adventure, with plenty of nearby attractions worth exploring. We look forward to returning.
